I should probably start out by making it clear that this M&S only sells food. It has everything you could need. It's pretty big too! But, I mostly buy from the bakery. You can also order and collect here; this includes M&S clothing. I think a few other brands also allow collection from this point, including John Lewis. The location is great. Chiswick high road has a boots, tesco, huge sainsbury's, waterstones and lots of cafés and restaurants. This M&S makes a lovely addition to the high street.

What used to be one of the best supermarkets on the high street is now a shell of its former self. Over the last five to six years M&S HQ have clearly forgotten you need staff to make a shop work. I would know this as I'm a former employee (left 2014). The shelves are never full, tasks that should be completed before opening are still ongoing throughout the morning. Bring back managers that could motivate teams, get more staff on the floor.
